Cut 1 piece for the back and 2 pieces for the waistcoat front.

Sew back and front together at the shoulders.
3.
Cut 8 ties, each 50 cm long. Sew them to the sides of both the back and fronts 1 cm down from the sleeve gap and 12 cm from the bottom edge of the waistcoat.
