1.Make sure you have everything you need. Print the template. 
2.Cut out the templates. Draw all the parts on felt with the marker pen. 
3.The body, face and halo are made of 3 mm felt. The wings and back are made of 1.3 mm felt. Cut out. 
4.Draw embroidery lines as shown on the template. Backstitch with 3 strands of embroidery thread. 
5.Draw the halo on iron-on transfer foil (see template). Cut out. 
6.Iron the foil onto the felt halo (refer to instructions on iron-on transfer foil packaging). 
7.Allow the halo to cool, then remove the foil backing. 
8.Glue all the parts together with a glue gun. Insert the wings between the body and the back. Glue the face on last. 
9.We used embroidery thread for hanging. If you wish, you can tie a bell to the embroidery thread.
