  1. 1.Cut 4 x egg whites using the template. Cut 4 x Thermolam using the template. Cut 4 x egg yolks using the template. Place the yolk on top of the egg white with a layer of Thermolam between them. Sew the yolk along the raw edge. Sew almost all the way around. Leave the needle in the fabric and fill a little fibre filling into the yolk. Continue around the edge and into a spiral - see template. Place two eggs back to back. Stitch 0.3 cm from the edge through all layers and all around the edge. Overlock/zig zag around the edge to squeeze the seams flatter. Hand- or machine-sew long quilt stitches around the egg white - see template. Cut 2 x 15 cm tape for the strap. Fold the tape in half, place it on the back of the egg white and sew a row of stitching 0.3 cm from the edge - see template.
