1.Tear off small tufts of carded wool and place on the styrofoam ring. 
2.Bring the felting needle holder with 7 needles up and down through the wool and ring. Repeat until your layers are thick enough to cover the ring. 
3.Apply the same method to the styro-foam eggs. 
4.Embellish your eggs with a floral embroidery. 
5.Attach the eggs to the ring with a bit of ribbon. You can pin or glue the ribbon to the eggs and ring.
