The AddiClick system is characterized by interchangeable cables and interchangeable knitting needles. Without the use of extra tools like screws or wrenches, the parts easily connect by twisting and clicking them together. The unique addiClick lock holds securely after the distinctive "click" – and does not loosen during use.
Projects can easily be paused on a cable, transferred to a longer or shorter cable, or fitted with needles of a different size. The cables can be extended with the included adapter, and stitches that need to rest can be "parked."
The raw material for Lace Long knitting needles is brass, coated in several layers with a white-bronzed surface. This makes the Addi needles extremely smooth. They are especially suitable for projects with detailed patterns and thin yarn thanks to the fine, longer tips on the needles. It is a pleasure to pick up stitches on the needles. But Lace Long is also ideal for thick yarn.
The cables have an opening about 2 cm from the AddiClick end, where you can thread yarn into the cable and easily pull it through the stitches while knitting. Addi calls this AddiClick SOS. For example, you can thread a safety thread in a contrasting color through the stitches in larger and more demanding knitting projects. If you make a mistake, you can easily and safely unravel the work back to the safety thread without the risk of losing stitches. It is also possible to pull effect yarn or multicolored yarn into the work to create decorative effects. The cables fit all types of AddiClick needles.
The set comes in a very practical textile case, making it easy to keep things organized.
