If an item does not meet your expectations, you have the option to return it.
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of your goods. Please note that if you wish exercise your right of withdrawal, you will need to pay the return postage.
Please note that the return of custom sewn fabrics and products made by our sewing service - e.g. tablecloths - is not possible.
For complaints, please contact our customer service either via e-mail: [email protected] referencing the reasons for return or contact us directly via phone: +45-70 22 21 21. Please contact customer service with any questions you might have.
Please do not use the product until the complaint has been processed. Selfmade® will cover the postage costs in connection with a complaint / faulty delivery when shipped via DHL or GLS.
