1- For the strap, measure and cut a length of woven ribbon.
2- Fold the ribbon around the central bar of the buckle. Pin the strap to the end at 4 cm from the edge. Secure with 2 rows of stitching.
3- Run the ribbon through the first carabine and then back into the belt buckle.
4- At the opposite end of the ribbon, sew on the second carabine (the same way you sewed the buckle). You can hang the finished strap on e.g. the D-rings or square rings on your handbags.
