Create your own RUFFLE Dress - a loose and airy dress with a wide ruffled skirt and delicate tie bands in a keyhole opening at the back of the neck. The dress features a round neckline and facings at the neck and armholes instead of lining. The pattern also includes the BIG T Sleeve, a wide t-shirt sleeve with topstitched and internally folded cuff for a sharp finish.
