1- Cut fabric and elastic to the measurements given in the table. Overlock all edges.
2- Sew fabric to form a circle. Press.
3- Fold and stitch lower edge of skirt 2 cm to the wrong side. Press.
4- Sew elastic to form a circle. Turn seam on one side. Stitch 0.5 cm from the edge.
5- Divide and mark the top edge of the skirt into 4 equal lengths.
6- Divide and mark the elastic into 4 equal lengths.
7- Sew the elastic onto the skirt, with the back of the elastic matching at the side of the fabric (see drawing), matching at the seams. Adjust so that the marks meet.
