Properties

Area of ​​application

For connecting/gluing layers of fabric together, e.g., for applications, hobby work, or repairs. Suitable for all fabrics, paper, wood, and at low temperatures also for leather.

Treatment

1. Trace or draw the motif in reverse on the paper side of Vliesofix®, and roughly cut it out.

2. Place Vliesofix® with the rough side on the back of the fabric, and iron it on for about 5-10 seconds with medium to high heat using an iron.

3. Cut out the motif precisely and peel off the backing paper.

4. Then place it with the coated side down on the chosen area on another fabric. Cover it with a damp cloth and iron step by step for 10 seconds.

5. Sew around the application with zigzag stitches, and if necessary, place stabilizer underneath.
