1- Cut out templates. Draw around them on the felt. Cut clouds and raindrops.
2- Dab textile glue onto the raindrops. Affix a length of thread at approx. 2 cm. from the edge. Assemble raindrops with glue.
3- Using a zigzag stitch, sew the clouds together on the right side. Leave a small gap open in each cloud. Stuff with fibre filling. Then close the gap with zigzag stitching.
4- Using the template, draw the droplets onto the iron-on transfer . Cut them out. Iron them on. Follow the instructions on the iron-on transfer sheet. Sew all the parts together using needle and thread.
