1- Cut out the pattern pieces and assemble them. Cut out the desired size.
2- Place the hat pattern along the fold line of the fabric and cut along the pattern. The pattern includes a 1 cm seam allowance.
3- Sew the hat together right sides together. Trim the tip. Press the seam open and turn the hat right side out.
4- Unfold the bias tape to form a tie. Mark the center of the bias tape with a pin.
5- Place a pin over the seam. The bias tape lies flat against the wrong side of the hat. Sew the bias tape on along the edge. Sew along the crease of the bias tape.
6- Fold the bias tape around the edge. Sew it in place 0.2 cm from the edge of the bias tape.
