1- Make sure you have all the materials you need. We recommend that you use a chunky yarn.
2- Cut the cord into seven pieces: 23, 25, 27, 30, 33, 36 + 40 cm. To make a larger rainbow, make multiple arches or longer cords.
3- Wrap steel wire around each piece of cord, 2-3 cm from the ends.
4- Wrap a length of masking tape around the ends to keep the steel wire in place
5- Wrap yarn around the cord. Lay the yarn tail lengthwise on the cord and conceal it under the wrapped yarn.
6- Gather all seven pieces to form a rainbow. Sew them together using strong thread and a long needle. Sew at the centre and sides of the rainbow arch.
7- Remove the masking tape.
8- Use a needle to fray the ends. Attach a thread for hanging.
