Cancellation Rights and Returns

Your right to cancel
When you shop on selfmade.com, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
If your order is delivered in multiple shipments, the cancellation period starts from the day you receive the final item.
If you have purchased several items in one order, you may cancel part of the order or the entire order.
Exceptions to the right to cancel
Some products are excluded from the right to cancel. This includes items made to your specifications or products that have been clearly personalised for you.
Fabric sold by the metre is generally exempt from the right to cancel because it is cut specifically for your order. However, as you are unable to see and feel the fabric before purchasing online, we offer a full refund on fabric purchased by the metre as an additional customer service.
How to cancel your order
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can contact us at [email protected], call us on +44 333 1559 855, or use our cancellation form further down this page.
You cannot cancel your purchase simply by refusing delivery or failing to collect your parcel without informing us that you wish to cancel.
Your cancellation notice must be sent before the end of the cancellation period.
How to return your order
If you have cancelled your purchase, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to cancel.
You are responsible for the cost of returning goods.
Please ensure that the goods are packaged securely. We recommend keeping proof of postage and any tracking information until your return has been processed.
Refunds
Once we have received and processed your return, we will issue any refund due to you.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been returned.
If the value of the goods has been reduced because they have been handled more than necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function, we may make a deduction from the refund.
