2- If you want more volume and optimal quilting effect, you can iron fusible batting on the back of the fabric before decorating with scraps of yarn.
3- Place the soluvlies on top of the fabric and any leftover yarn and secure it with large stitches.
4- Quilt either freehand or from a design drawn on your soluvlies. You may want to set your sewing machine to free-motion embroidery if it has this option - it can be easier to quilt with. Remove the large stiches
5- Rinse the fabric in cold water until the soluvlies dissolves. Let the fabric dry. Now you're ready to sew.
