1- Cut one piece of fabric, measuring 46 cm x 9 cm for a small one, or a piece measuring 90 cm x 16 cm for a bigger one.
2- Fold the fabric lengthwise, right sides together with 1 cm seam allowance. Start and finish approx. 3 cm from each side (see fig.)
3- Turn
4- Stitch the ends right sides together to form a loop.
5- Cut a piece of elastic measuring 18 cm and pull it through
6- Stitch the elastic together
7- Stitch the hole closed
8- TIP: Use a safety pin to pull the elastic through
