1- 1. Cut 2 pieces of fabric (1 piece in fabric 1 and 1 piece in fabric 2). See drawing. Lay one fabric piece with the right side facing the template and the other fabric with the wrong side facing the template

2- 2. Fold the bias binding in half, wrong sides together. Topstitch along both sides.

3- 3. Sew on the folded bias binding (0.5 cm seam allowance). Sew on patch, possibly with zigzag stitching

4- 4. Sew fabric pieces together, right sides together (1 cm seam allowance). Leave a gap for turning. Mitre the corners. Turn to the right side. Press. Sew gap with small invisible stitches to close.

5- 5. Topstitch 0.5 cm from the edge. Fold and sew one row of stitching to create a casing for the dog’s collar.
