The heavy satin - 195 g/m2 - gives the best drape without feeling heavy or bulky.
You buy the fabric by the metre, so you get exactly the length you need. It measures 145 cm wide and is made from 100% polyester. Wash it at 40°, make sure it dries hanging and iron on a low heat.
TIP: Pay attention to the direction of the thread when laying out your pattern pieces. Your project usually needs to follow the direction of the thread to get the right look.
